EMS stands for Electro Muscle Stimulation.

A new way to train. Did you know that 20 minutes of EMS is equivalent to two hours of working out?

We organise seminars for companies wishing to strengthen employee relations, increase collective motivation, reinforce leadership postures, etc. All our seminars are presented by experienced professionals, experts in their field or qualified trainers. Seminars can include presentations, practical workshops, discussion groups, exercises and question and answer sessions.
